Crafted on a carefully selected brass base and plated with 18K or 24K gold for a delicate, refined finish.
Avoid water, perfume, lotion, and sweat. Remove before showering or exercising, and store in a dry place.

925 Silver
Made with genuine 925 sterling silver, known for its natural shine and timeless appeal.
Keep it dry, wipe gently with a soft polishing cloth, and store separately when not in use.

Avoid perfume, harsh chemicals, and friction. Store carefully to help protect the surface and shine.


If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll review it with care and make it right.


Returns & Support

Eligible orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can confirm the best solution for your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

For non-quality-related returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Earrings, customized pieces, welcome offers, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Complimentary gifts are not part of the purchased items and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Minor imperfections within a reasonable range are considered normal and do not qualify as quality issues.

For blind box orders, all purchases are considered final sale. Preference notes are treated as guidance only, and variations in style are part of the blind box experience. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if items arrive damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or claims for minor variations or imperfections that fall within normal manufacturing tolerance.

In some cases where returns are not practical, we may offer a thoughtful discount or a one-time discounted replacement depending on the situation. Discounted replacement orders do not automatically qualify for free shipping unless the order meets our free shipping threshold.

We reserve the right to decline returns showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection.
